• Additional Passenger: Each additional passenger (excluding 1 caregiver) incurs a fee of $10 per person
• Sunday Transport: $20 (Reservations must be made within 24 hours prior to trip)
• Deadhead miles: $1.50/mile after 35 miles (Deadhead travel is the distance traveled by our vehicles without a client on board)
• Bariatric Wheelchair: For wheelchairs that are 28 inches or wider, there is an additional charge of $25
• After Hours Surcharge- $20 (Outside 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM schedule)

We are happy to wait during your appointment, as long as we are informed at the time the reservation has been made.

Wait Time: $0.50/minute.

Each trip has a 10-minute grace period, except for trips with requested wait time. After 10 minutes, the trip may be considered a "no show." If our schedule allows, we can wait for more than 10 minutes, however there will be a charge of $1.00/minute, up to a maximum of 30 minutes. If we need to reschedule your trip, an additional pickup fee will apply.

To cancel a reservation, please call or text us at (512) 945-4047. We kindly ask that customers cancel their reservations at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the full refund. If a trip is canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup, it will be considered a "no show."

If you or your loved one are unable to make the scheduled reservation, please inform us as soon as possible to avoid further complications. If a trip is not completed as scheduled, it will be considered a "no show." In addition to the applicable pickup fee, a "no show" will be charged for the mileage, which is non-refundable with no exceptions.
