No, while our drivers are extensively trained in first aid and CPR we are not equipped to handle medical emergencies. We are only intended for routine transport to medical appointments. In cases of urgent health issues, it's essential to contact emergency services for immediate care.
To provide convenience, we accept various payment methods and can process your payment over the phone or online.
We welcome one loved one or caregiver to ride along with the passenger at no extra charge. However, there is a $10 fee for each additional passenger.
In general, the driver will not wait. However, there is an option to request wait time for an additional fee. During the reservation process, we asked for an estimated pickup and/or return time. We will consider this as the anticipated pickup time, but we will not send a driver until you call us at 512 945-4047 to confirm that the passenger is ready for pickup.
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us 24 hours in advance of your requested reservation. For more information, please refer to our cancellation policy on our pricing page.
Absolutely! Upon request, Armed Forces/Veterans can receive a 10% discount, which applies to the passenger only. We also offer reduced rates for recurring reservations such as dialysis or chemotherapy. Please note that this discount cannot be combined with any other offer.
